Kyle Business Projects is based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Our business was established to address the need of medium and owner-managed businesses for access to specialised project-management and problem-resolution skills on an outsourced basis.
The primary business focus of Kyle Business Projects is the application of project management principles and skills to the planning, execution, monitoring and successful completion of business projects. Business projects are normally defined as programs of activities or actions which fall outside normal business operations, and include such activities as new business and new facility establishment, business expansion, business system design and implementation, business process streamlining and reengineering, new customer targeting and acquisition, business planning, and corrective actions addressing the resolution of business problems.
